Biden And Putin To Meet But Only On A Condition

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Joe Biden have agreed to a meeting and is it is to be held in Moscow only if Russia does not invade Ukraine. The summit was proposed by French President Emmanuel Macron.

“President Macron on Sunday “proposed a summit to be held between President Biden and President Putin and then with relevant stakeholders to discuss security and strategic stability in Europe,” Elysee Palace said.

However, the White House mentioned specifically that the summit shall only be proceed if Russia does not attack Ukraine.
