220 New COVID Positive Cases In Bhubaneswar

Bhubaneswar : As many as 220 persons have tested positive for coronavirus in Bhubaneswar. This was informed by Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Twitter today.

According to the BMC, 136 quarantine cases were detected in the city, including 134 positive cases linked with earlier positive cases and two persons having travel history to other states.

Besides, 84 cases of local contact have been detected in the city.

“As many as 123 persons who have tested positive for the virus, have been cured in last 24 hours,” said the BMC.

“Further contact tracing is still continuing. Primary contacts and nearby houses are being quarantined, sanitised and will be under active surveillance,” said the civic body.
