Temple’s Should Not Be Under Any Government: Subhramanian Swamy

Rajya Sabha member and known economist Subhramanian Swamy is on a visit to Puri and paid his visit to Jagad Guru Shankaracharya on Friday. It was expected of him to discuss the Shri Mandir heritage corridor issue with him.

Swamy on being asked said, “I will have a conversation with Naveen regarding this. I know him and Biju Pattnaik since ages.”

He added, “temples should not be under control of any government.”

He clarified he was here to invite Shankaracharya to Swami Padmanabha Temple.
