Rtd IAS BB Pattnaik and Ex VC of GM University Sudhanshu Rath Appointed as OPSC Members

Bhubaneswar: Retired IAS officer Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik and Ex-VC of GM University, Prof.(Dr.) Sudhanshu Sekhar Rath, have been appointed as members of Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC).

IAS Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik who retired as Ex-Registrar Co-Operative Societies on 31.07.2020, was an able and efficient Administrator. He served as Director, Tourism, Collector & DM, Jharsuguda. He was also Director, Welfare of PWDs under W&CD Department. Prior to that,  Patnaik had field experiences in many districts in various capacities. As Collector, Jharsuguda he had innovated and initiated several social and developmental projects for the welfare of poor and marginalised section of the society and reach out administration to the door step of the people.
