Bhubaneswar : The weekend shutdown in four districts and Rourkela city has been relaxed till 11 am on Independence Day (Saturday) to allow people to unfurl National Flag at their premises.
“The Weekend Shutdown imposed in the districts of Ganjam, Khordha, Gajapati and Cuttack and Rourkela Municipal Corporation vide Order No.4582/ R&DM(DM) dated 31.07.2020 issued by this Department is hereby relaxed on 15 August, 2020 up to 11.00 AM to allow the citizens to unfurl National Flag at their premises subject to condition that not more than ten persons shall be congregated at any place and all safety protocols, such as social distancing, wearing masks, proper sanitisation, etc. shall be duly maintained,” stated an order issued by the Spcecial Relief Commissioner today.
