Odisha Govt Fixes Price Of RT PCR Test For Covid-19 In Private labs

Bhubaneswar : Odisha government has fixed the maximum price for RT-PCR Covid-19 test by ICMR approved private laboratories at Rs 1200 which is inclusive of GST and all other incidental charges.

The private labs which have been allowed to conduct Covid-19 test are Dept of Lab Services, Apollo Hospitals in Bhubaneswar, IMS & SUM Hospital in Bhubaneswar, InDNA Life Sciences Pvt Ltd, 2nd Floor, KIIT TBI, Bhubaneswar and GenX Diagnostics at Saheed Nagar in Bhubaneswar.

“The tests will be conducted by private laboratories under supervision of RMRC, Bhubaneswar following ICMR guidelines regarding the testing protocols for RT-PCR COVID-19 tests,” said an official.
