Odisha DGP Asks Cured Cops To Donate Plasma

Bhubaneswar : The Odisha police prepared SOP for their personnel, who recovered from COVID 19 infection, to donate plasma. In a letter to the heads of all establishment of the Odisha police, DGP abhay said the recovered police should be encouraged to donate plasma.

The should be aged between 18 to 60. He or she must  weigh above 55kgs. The donor should have fully recovered form the disease and can donate plasma only after 28 days from the date of his or her recovery, the order says.

DGP announced to issue special appreciation letters to police personnel, who have resumed duty following their recovery from the infection.
