Odisha CM Mohan Majhi Honors Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat

New Delhi: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Majhi paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi at Rajghat in Delhi on Saturday morning. Accompanying him were Deputy CM Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida.The delegation also plans to honor former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee at Sadaiv Atal in Delhi.Following his swearing-in, CM Majhi has met with several key leaders, including President Droupadi Murmu, Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to discuss state-related issues. He also held discussions with Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh, Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, Road and Transport Minister Nitin Gadkari, and Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.On the third day of his Delhi visit, CM Majhi is scheduled to meet Minister of External Affairs S. Jaishankar and Health Minister J.P. Nadda. At around 1 PM, he, along with his deputies, will visit the Jagannath Mandir in Thyagraj Nagar and later in the evening, they will visit the Jagannath Mandir in Hauz Khas. Additionally, they will hold a meeting with the Odia community residing in New Delhi.
