New Delhi: The Ministry of Home Affairs today issued guidelines and conditions for the celebrations of Independence Day on August 15 in view of COVID-19 pandemic situation across the country.
Independence Day Advisory by MHA to States:
(1) Large congregations to be avoided
(2) Doctors, health workers, sanitation workers should be invited to ceremony
(3) ‘At Home’ reception at Raj Bhavan by Governor left to the discretion of the Governor. See details:-
