Leakage Of Survey Findings In Gyanvapi Mosque Questioned In SC

The Supreme Court is hearing the plea about the Gyanvapi-Shringar Gauri complex after an important development where a shivling was allegedly found in the premises of the mosque during the video survey.

The Varanasi court on Monday asked the the district administration there to seal the spot of the survey inside the complex where the ‘Shivling’ was found.

The petitioner questioned the details of the survey being leaked as the report was not yet filed in the court. He said, “Despite the fact that no report was filed by the Commissioner, an application was filed by the plaintiff that commissioner noticed a shivling near pond. This is highly improper as the Commisison report is supposed to be confidential until it is filed.”
