Intensified Election Campaigns in Odisha: Modi and Shah to Visit Odisha.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is gearing up for his fourth visit to Odisha within a month on May 29th. This visit is part of a broader election campaign strategy as the state approaches its final phase of voting. Home Minister Amit Shah is also scheduled to campaign in Odisha on May 28th.

According to the official itinerary, Prime Minister Modi will address rallies in Baripada, Balasore, and Kendrapara. Concurrently, Amit Shah will hold election campaigns in Chandbali, Korei, and Nimapara.

Adding to the campaign momentum, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma will be canvassing in various locations across Odisha today and tomorrow. Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw is also set to conduct extensive campaign tours today and on May 28th.

The last phase of the elections in Odisha is scheduled for June 1st. Voters in Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Bhadrak, Jajpur, Kendrapara, and Jagatsinghpur will cast their ballots during this phase. This follows the third phase of elections, which took place on May 23rd under stringent security measures. During this phase, elections were held for six Lok Sabha and 42 Assembly constituencies, covering regions such as Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Sambalpur, Keonjhar, Puri, and Dhenkanal.

The results of the General Elections 2024 will be announced on June 4th.
