IAS Bijay Ketan Upadhyaya Reinstated By Odisha Govt

Bhubaneswar: The Odisha Government on Sunday revoked the suspension of IAS Bijay Ketan Upadhyaya, former Director of Horticulture dept, and reinstated him as Secretary, Board of Revenue, Cuttack.

The General Administration And Public Grievance department has issued a notification in this regard.

The former Director of Horticulture Dept, BK Upadhyay, and Santosh Kumar Pattanayak, Vice President, Government Banking, YES Bank, Bapuji Nagar Branch, Bhubaneswar were arrested by the State Vigilance sleuths on December 30, 2019 and sent to judicial custody in Jharpada Special Jail in Bhubaneswar.
