Highest Single-Day Spike In The Country

New Delhi : India on Wednesday reported 15,968 positive coronavirus cases in the past 24 hours, the highest single-day spike in the country.

The data was confirmed by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.

According to the ministry’s latest bulletin, the number of cases in the country now stands at 456183 including 183022 active cases, 258685 recoveries & 14476 deaths.

“A total of 4,56,183 positive cases have so far been reported in the country, which includes 1,83,022 active cases, 2,58,685 who have been cured/discharged and 14,476 deaths,” the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said.
