High Court Closed Till 10th July

Cuttack: In view of the shutdown imposed in Cuttack Municipal Corporation area, the Orissa High Court and its offices shall remain closed till July 10.

A notification to this effect was issued by the Registrar (Judicial) on Thursday.

“Pursuant to resolution of the Full Court of the High Court, in continuation to the order dated 04.07.2020, it is hereby notified that in view of the order dated 07.07.2020 of the Commissioner, Cuttack Municipal Corporation declaring extension of shutdown in the entire jurisdiction of the Cuttack Municipal Corporation area till 10.07.20201 the High Court and its offices shaft remain closed till 10.07.2020.

Consequently, the Nigh Court will not function on 09.07.2020 and 10.07.2020. The Bench Constitution, assignment and cause lists notified for this week stand suspended. The Bench Constitution, assignment and cause lists for the week commencing 13.07.2020 will be notified by 11.07.2020,”the notification said
