Former Odisha Assembly Speaker and Digapahandi MLA Surjya Narayan Patro passes away at a private hospital in Bhubaneswar at the age of 75.
He was a sitting MLA of Biju Janata Dal from Digapahandi Assembly Constituency. He Was A seven-time legislator. He had served as a Minister during Naveen Patnaik and Biju Patnaik governments in the state.
Surjya Narayan Patro was admitted to the hospital this afternoon after his health deteriorated.
