Drinking Water & Sanitation Projects To Be Completed Soon in Odisha

Odisha Cooperation Minister Ranendra Pratap Swain has stressed for the supply of drinking water and the improvement of sanitation in Athagarh constituency.

Minister Swain, while reviewing the situation of the concerned assembly constituency in view of Covid-19 here at Lok Seva Bhawan on Friday, instructed the engineers to finish different projects in time to provide relief to the people in the present health emergency arising out of coronavirus.

The Odisha Cooperation Minister urged the officials to expedite the work of different projects in Athagarh, Tigiria, and six panchayats of Tangi-Chowdar block.Swain urged the officials to review works of various solar projects and bore well work being undertaken at different places in the region.

The review meeting was attended by Chief Engineer of Water Resources, Abhay Kumar Biswal, and other officials belonging to Cuttack circle and Cuttack and Athagarh division.
