DGP Focuses On Action To Be Taken After Police Personnel Test COVID-19 Positive

Cuttack : DGP Abhay today held a meeting with all District SPs including DCPs Bhubaneswar and Cuttack, SRPs Cuttack and Rourkela and all Range DIGs through video conferencing to discuss action to be taken when police personnel test COVID-19 positive.

During the meeting, the DGP held talks on arrest, remand and custody during the present COVID-19 circumstances.

Besides, topics like offences against women, action against drug trafficking, GeM Registration by district, CCC, CCH run by police, for police, personal related issues, nomination for medals and present position of uniform items.

Additional DGP (Hdqrs), IGP (Modernization), IGP (Prov.), IGP (Pers.), ADGP Railways, Director Intelligence and Commissioner were present.
