CM Naveen Pattnaik Felicitates Athletes At His Residence

Odisha Chief Minister felicitated para athlete Jayanti Behera and shooter Shriyanka Sarangi at this residence on Saturday.

Jayanti won three medals in the World Para-Athletics Championships that concluded recently in Dubai. She secured a silver medal in the 200 metres sprint event while securing two bronze medals in the 100 and 400 metre events. She received a cash prize of Rs. 15,00,000 from the Chief Minister.

At the same time, shooter Shriyanka Sadangi was presented with a cash prize of Rs. 2,00,000 after she won a bronze medal in the 50 metres Rifle 3 Position event in ISSF World Cup.
