Chatrabazar Market Bridge Collapses, Workers Injured

Cuttack :The bridge connecting Maal Godown and Chatrabazaar in Cuttack collapsed while it was under construction. As per preliminary information, 3 workers have been injured and admitted in the SCB Medical and Hospital in a critical condition A temporary ramp was conducted which broke down leading to workers being stuck under it.

According to sources, the safety measures weren’t appropriate and that’s what led to this accident. The ODRAF Team and Fire Team has reached on the spot and is trying their best to evacuate the workers. They are also trying to manage the crowd in the market area.
