BJP Emerging As The Single Largest Party In Manipur

As per the latest trend, Manipur is once again heading with BJP as the single largest party while leading in 25 seats. The Congress is leading in 9. In the 60 member house, a party needs to get 31 seats to form a government in the north eastern state.

The Chief Minister N. Biren Singh has retained his seat in Heingang in Imphal East. The BJP is confident in forming the government in Manipur with the support of smaller parties.
