Actor Sonu Sood’s Sister Joins Congress

Punjab: Ahead of the state going to polls, Malvika Sood, Actor Sonu Sood’s sister joins Congress. The state of Punjab is all set to vote on the 14th of February in a single phase. The votes are to be counted on the 10th of March.

Malvika Sood, while speaking on the occasion said she was starting her political stint to serve the people.

Sonu Sood, who served and helped thousands of people during the Covid crisis said he completely supports her decision.

Navjot Singh Sidhu, who is the Congress Punjab Unit Chief took to twitter and said, “There is no permanent name and fame than the endeavour to give happiness to mankind !! Chairs don’t grace people but people grace those chairs … Proud to be associated with one of the greatest Philanthropist of our times, The Party feels proud to have them onboard.”

The Chief Minister of Punjab also congratulated her and welcomed her to the party. He took to Twitter and said, “

Welcoming Malvika Sood Sachar, sister of Social Worker & Actor, Sonu Sood, into the party-fold. I am sure Malvika will serve the people with full honesty and integrity and help spread the message of the Congress party at the grass-root level.”
