AAP Steals The Show In Punjab, What Does It Mean?

For the Aam Aadmi party to extend its boundaries beyond the national capital and move into a state like Punjab has important connotations. The AAP makes another Delhi happen, well almost. The party that rose from the anti-corruption movement moves towards making a mark and Punjab becomes it’s first witness.

People seem to have high hopes from the party and want it to replicate the Delhi Model in Punjab. But it also has other implications, like will Kejriwal contest for Prime Minister ship in 2024? Well, it looks like it’s too early to predict but does not look impossible either.

Aam Aadmi Party did try to contest elections in Uttarakhand, Goa and Uttar Pradesh but could not make a visible difference, maybe because it’s entire focus was in Punjab. But it does not look like it’s the end of the road for AAP, it’s a beginning.
