Neglected primary teachers are roaring on the streets for their demands. The government should lift the contract system. Make the junior teachers regular immediately. These teachers, who have been given permission by the government to shape the future of the children , have come down to the streets for the first time. They have been given new jobs. But the government is not paying good salaries due to the contract. Therefore, it is difficult to function on just Rs 14,000 per month, the teachers said. Along with this, the teachers have alleged that the previous government adopted a staggered policy in implementing the contract system.

Thousands of teachers are heard roaring in Bhubaneswar Lower PMG. They are sitting tight and giving written promises to the government to keep their word. Out of the two demands, one is to regularize the job, while the other is to appoint teachers immediately without putting pressure on us to teach in the newly added Bal Batika class under NEP 2020, the junior teachers have demanded. Meanwhile, the health of some teachers has also deteriorated in the area.

They are hopeful that their rights will be restored now that a new government has come to power in the state.
