Indian Compound Women’s Team Clinches Gold Against Turkey.

The world number one Indian compound women’s team showcased their dominance over Turkey’s Hazal Burun, Ayse Bera Suzer, and Begum Yuva from the outset, securing the gold medal with a decisive 232-226 victory. Despite their overwhelming performance, Asian Games champion Jyothi Surekha Vennam was unable to secure a second gold. She and her partner Priyansh lost a narrow lead in the compound mixed team final, ultimately falling to the USA’s Olivia Dean and Sawyer Sullivan by a two-point margin, ending the match at 155-153.
