Making the state and country proud, 12-year old Padmalaya Nanda is all set to contest for the prestigious Little Miss Universe Title to be held at Gerogia.
The eight standard student of Stewart School, Cuttack is among 16 contestants competing for the coveted title. Prior to her departure to Georgia on may 25, Padmalaya met Governor SC Jamir and Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik.
