A mechanical engineer and former assistant manager at Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) Sanjita Mohapatra is now UPSC Odisha Topper. Her long-cherished dream of becoming a Collector will soon become a reality. Before UPSC she was ranked 2nd in OPSC Exam last year, but she didnโ€™t join the state services and was determined to become an IAS, a dream which she has fulfilled now.
