Ace player Suresh Raina goes unsold in the first round of the IPL Mega Auction. Raina has been playing for Chennai Super kings since the debut of Indian Premier League in 2008 and has been an integral part of the team as much as Mahendra Singh Dhoni.
The left handed batsman crossed the 400 run mark in all IPL seasons until 2014 and him going unsold has left netizens questioning the CSK management.
Harbhajan Singh also tweeted in his support.
Sad not to see a single bid for Mr IPL @ImRaina in the first round.. @IPL #AuctionDay #IPLMegaAuction2022

Sad that not a single team picked Mr. IPL Suresh Raina who has had an extraordinary performance in most IPL tournaments. Someone who has scored 400 runs in most IPLs till now. Many today are heartbroken to see him go unsold.
