Sand Artist Manas Kumar Sahu has sculpted a larger than life sand sculpture at the Puri Beach to mark the occasion of “World Health Day.” World Health Day is celebrated on the 7th of April every year.
The artist has tried to raise awareness in people about the importance of yoga and workouts. He also added about the significance of a healthy and nutritious diet.
The art portrays an environment where people build a healthy lifestyle following a disciplined schedule.
The sand art is 18 feet wide and about 15 tons of sand has been used to make it. It took Sahu about seven hours to sculpt it.
