Bhubaneswar: Ramaranjan Baliarsingh, the former MLA of Puri district and a prominent member of the Truthful Electoral Commission, is resigning from the primary membership of the BJP today. He will be resigning from his position as the primary member of the BJP. He is sending his resignation letter to state party president Manmohan Samal.
Ramaranjan Baliarsingh was a prominent face of the BJP. He had been discussing leaving the party for some days before deciding to contest in the forthcoming elections with the Truthful.
Ramaranjan Baliarsingh says, “This is not my personal dissatisfaction. This is the dissatisfaction of the people of Truthful. The members of the Truthful Electoral Commission are not made of clay or soil. The people of Truthful have been disappointed by the BJP’s behaviour.”
