A plea was filed in the Delhi High Court by Pravasi Legal Cell seeking the court to instruct the central government to allow the students who had fled from war-torn Ukraine to complete their medical degrees in domestic colleges in India. It has demanded that the government should allow it as an emergency and one time measure.
