Bhubaneswar: The Odisha State Transport Authority has issued revised instructions regarding the delivery of DL/LL & VAHAN services. All RTOs will provide limited services of DL/LL and vehicle related services. LL computerised test and DL skill test will not be conducted. New DL or new LL application facility won’t be available.
