Bhubaneswar : Unidentified bike-borne miscreants looted gold ornaments from a woman police officer in Bhubaneswar this morning.
According to the officer, DSP (Vigilance) Tanuja Mohanty, she was sweeping front yard of her government residence at Unit – III here in the morning when two bike-borne youth approached her and looted gold chain, earrings and bangles threatening her at gunpoint.
Mohanty immediately reported the matter to Kharavela Nagar police. A police team reached the spot and started investigation.
