The Orissa High Court directed has directed the Archaeological Survey of India and the state agency to work in tandem for the construction.
The Advocate General said in the HC that the construction work will be shifted from the prohibited area to the regulated area.
The Court directed that the State Government shall submit an affidavit on ASI report before June 20 and the matter will be heard in court on June 22.
