Indians Stranded In Ukraine Bring In Their Furry Friends

Amidst the tense situation in Ukraine, Indians were airlifted in various aircrafts. The third Indian Airforce’s aircraft C-17 landed today near Delhi. But what was wholesome in an anxious situation like this, many Indians didn’t leave back their pets behind. India also relaxed it’s rules and regulations regarding the travel of pets when many Indian nationals refused to leave their furry friends back.

Arya Aldrin, a girl from Kerala who was an MBBS student hailing from the Idukki district carried her 7 month old Siberian Husky all along. She was stopped by Romanian Border guards but refused to cross the border without her. Reportedly, she also carried the pup on her back with the help of her friends as the puppy could not walk for long.

In a similar situation, Zahid, also an MBBS Student got along his friend’s dog.

Rishabh Kaushik, who also refused to fly out of Ukraine without his pet dog Maliboo is all set to fly out of Budapest to India.

Gautam also brought in his rescue cat from Ukraine.

In times as tough as these, these stories make one believe in the existence of humanity.
