Judge Dalveer Bhandari in the International Court Of Justice voted against Russia following which the Ministry of External Affairs clarified that the judges in ICJ vote in their individual capacity.
The ICJ on Wednesday ordered Russia to stop invasion in Ukraine. The court order was supported by 13 judges while two judges voted against it.
