A hollow man like structure in a hazmat suit was spotted walking and performing tricks in Brooklyn Navy Yard in New York City. The man in the image has no limbs and body and dressed in a white hazmat suit.
Reportedly, other images also suggest the character dancing and playing tricks. The pictures were clicked in May 2021 but were discovered recently.
The area is secured by the United States Navy considering it includes lots of security equipment.
