Bhubaneswar: After the new guidelines allowing Universities to chart out their own plan of action for conducting exams which were put on hold due to COVID-19 outbreak and subsequent nationwide lockdown, Odisha government today informed that the State might conduct exams any moment post lockdown after duly considering the scenario.
Odisha’s Higher Education Minister Arun Kumar Sahoo has appealed the students to take the lockdown period and the time of crisis as an opportunity to prepare well for exams which may be conducted on any feasible day after the institutions reopen on June 17.
On the UGC advisory, minister Sahoo proposed to form an expert panel to discuss the issues related to the exams and the academic calendar and the appropriate measures for ensuring the future of the students
