Bhubaneswar : The Centre has extended the nationwide lockdown for the third successive time till May 17.
Acting as per the orders issued by both the Ministry of Home Affairs and Odisha government, restrictions will be imposed by the district administrations and Municipal Corporations on public movements in the cities of the State from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Twin City Police Commissioner Sudhanshu Sarangi said
BMC Commissioner Prem Chandra Chaudhary said as Bhubaneswar is in red zone normal operations and movements will be restricted from 7 pm to 7 am expect emergency services.
Shops in BMC areas will remain open from 7 am to 6.30 pm, he added.
