Chief Minister Naveen Pattnaik visited the Lingaraj Temple on Friday evening and overlooked the Ekamra Heritage Project. While there were rampant rumours about his ill health, he himself denied all of it. He went inside the temple to seek blessings of Lord Lingaraj and came out to talk to the press.
On being asked if he thinks this was staged by the opposition regarding the Panchayat Elections , he said he will not comment on it since the Model Code of Conduct is already in effect in the state.
