Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed the public in Bolangir, wherein he alleged that BJP if brought back to power will abolish reservation and dismantle the Constitution. Gandhi arrived in Bhubaneswar around before proceeding directly to Bolangir for the public meeting. He announced a plan to compile a list of all poor individuals on June 4, promising to credit Rs 1 lakh into the bank account of one woman from each family, aiming to create millions of wealth creators if his party comes to power. Additionally, Rahul is expected to join a bike rally in Bolangir. His campaign in Odisha began on April 28 from Salepur in Cuttack district, with a temporary shift to a video message for an election rally in Rayagada district on May 3 due to prior commitments related to filing his nomination papers for the Raebareli Lok Sabha seat in Uttar Pradesh.
